We're looking again from January 2027 Strengthening our team at Ayurveda Shunyata Villa, a small, family-run Ayurveda spa hotel in Induruwa, on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka
For more than 20 years, our team of around 35 employees has been supporting our
Guests successfully completed their Ayurveda treatment within the framework of our high quality standards.
The areas of responsibility:
- Complete office organization and administration, mainly reservation processing and processing from initial contact via email to arrival of the guest, creation/maintenance of the monthly master list, daily operational office activities
- Maintaining various databases (customer database, reservation system)
- Monitoring activity on relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tripadvisor, HolidayCheck)
- Support in public and marketing work (e.g. creation of content — text, photo, video for relevant social media channels)
- Support in designing, implementing and sending newsletters
The competencies:
- Ideally education/experience in office management, service sector or comparable (e.g. office management clerk)
- MS Office affinity
- Structured thinking, good organizational and decision-making skills
- Personal initiative and commitment, independent and precise way of working
- Good time and self-management
- Service-oriented appearance and professionalism
- Interest in holistic lifestyle/personal development
- Written and spoken in German and English
