Ayurveda Shunyata Villa Terms and Conditions

Your booking history Ayurveda cure
All reservations for your Ayurveda vacation are non-binding until a deposit has been credited to our account and your Ayurveda treatment has been confirmed by us.
By booking, you automatically accept our terms and conditions (terms and conditions of Ayurveda Shunyata Villa ~ Sri Lanka).
The minimum booking period for your Ayurveda treatment is 7 days in low season and 14 days in high season.
Please note that an Ayurveda cure is a package deal. When booking a package package, unused services cannot be refunded. This also applies to services not used during Ayurveda or Panchakarma treatment.
Transfer
When transferring money, please note that you pay the entire transfer costs, otherwise we will receive a reduced deposit amount. The invoice amount (down payment) and the amount received must match and the purpose of payment should state your full name.
Check-in/check-out
Please note the following check-in and check-out times.
- Check-in: from 14:00
- Check-out: by 10:30 a.m.
Prices and package packages for your Ayurveda treatment
The spa price is a package price. The treatment starts at 14:00 with check-in and ends at 10:30 with check-out. All services are available within this period. Ayurvedic meals before or after are not included and must be paid separately. If you would like additional meals, please register in advance. Ayurveda guests receive a 50% discount on the regular price.
Since an Ayurveda cure is a package deal, unused services, e.g. due to late arrival or very early departure, cannot be refunded. This also applies to services not used during the Ayurveda treatment.
Ayurveda cure
The Ayurveda cure is a package price.
As usual in Ayurveda resorts, arrival and departure days are treatment-free. However, if there is enough time available on the day of arrival and departure, we will be happy to provide you with a welcome treatment and say good bye massage.
As with all hotels, the number of overnight stays is decisive when calculating the spa days.
Cancellation policy or changes to your Ayurveda treatment
In principle, when canceling a booked treatment, we must charge 30% of the total booking price as a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel 30 — 60 days before the start of the course, it is 60% of the total booking price.
- If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the course, we will charge 80% of the total booking price.
For your own protection, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance (e.g. with ADAC, some banks or health insurance companies).
Premature termination or change of your Ayurveda treatment
If you have to cancel your Ayurveda treatment prematurely or want to change benefits from it, we are generally not obliged to make any reimbursement. We would like to recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which covers the costs incurred if you have to cancel the trip early for an urgent reason (e.g. your own illness or accident, serious illness or death of relatives, etc.).
Ayurveda Shunyata Villa Guest Services will of course help you organise your early return trip or if you wish to make changes.
liability
Please understand that we cannot reimburse any force majeure events (such as natural disasters of any kind, as well as epidemics, pandemics or political unrest). In such a case, however, we are usually happy to offer — after consultation and clarification of the individual case — a free postponement of your stay.
- The services we guarantee are explained in our service description.
- The instructions of our Ayurveda doctors must be followed. We expressly point out that individual Ayurveda treatments are only prescribed by the treating Ayurveda doctor based on your current state of health.

- We do not treat infectious diseases. By signing up, you assure us that you are not suffering from a contagious disease.
- Please note that an Ayurveda treatment should not be carried out during pregnancy.
- Complications during an Ayurveda treatment, such as possible allergic reactions to food, massage oils or medications or small hematomas, which can sometimes occur during acupuncture, are only within the scope of intent or gross negligence.

- Even in the event of health breaks due to illness, we cannot offer a refund for the services booked and provided.
