Pillar 3 – Movement

Our lymphatic system — the transport route for all the waste materials and toxins in our body — does not have a central pump like our bloodstream. This system only gets going through the movement of our body. Moderate and regular physical and respiratory work are essential to stay healthy.

Harmony is the basis of our health. Balancing attention to the following four areas of life, or even the “4 pillars of health”, is helpful for getting started in everyday life in Ayurveda after the treatment.
