What can you expect from us in a holistic Ayurveda cure?
We start by cleansing the body using Ayurvedic methods, Panchakarma called. This removes the blocking, stressful energy (Ama) from the body and thus creates the basis for bringing our bioenergies (doshas) back into balance. In the Authentic Ayurveda Cure, the cleansing phase always takes place at the beginning of the treatment. For example, an Ayurveda cure that includes this cleansing is also often referred to as a Panchakarma cure.
