An offer for beginners or simply for people who want to get to know Ayurveda and “get a taste of it”.
We can only offer you this Ayurveda treatment option in the period from April 1 to December 15.

We recommend this introductory treatment to guests with an average level of good health.
You will experience the benefits of classic Ayurvedic treatments (with the exception of medicines, forehead oil, acupuncture, some medically indicated special treatments, and the intensive cleansing process of a Panchakarma treatment).
Instead of medical Ayurvedic massage oils, we use high-quality sesame or coconut oils.
What´s included in your Discovery Week
- Ayurvedic full board and accommodation in the booked accommodation unit
- Check-up by our Ayurveda medical team
- Daily package of targeted Ayurveda massages and treatments as listed below. The full duration of treatment is at least 1.5 hours per day.
- Ayurvedic herbal teas, juices and mineral water tailored to the dosha
- Body and energy work takes place 11 times a week in the morning and in the evening: tai chi on the beach/yoga/ body work with guided meditation.
- Weekly information and question session on the topic of “Ayurvedic sustenance & detoxification“and”Mentales & movement”.
Treatments in your Discovery Week
- Relaxing jet lag or welcome massage on the day of arrival (arrival before 16:00)
- Say-Goodbye massage on departure day
- Daily head and/or face massage
- Medical foot massage
- Daily full body massage
- herbal bath
- Flower bath at the end of the treatment
The full duration of treatment is at least 1.5 hours per day.
