Apple and Banana Crumble
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 450 gr. apples
- 450 g bananas or strawberries
- Some lime juice
- 80 grams of palm sugar
For the crumble:
- 175 grams of whole wheat flour
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 70 g whole cane sugar
- 3 tablespoons oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Wash and quarter the apples and peel them into thin slices. Grease the baking dish and spread the apple slices into it. Cut bananas or strawberries into thin slices and add them over the apples. Mix everything thoroughly with palm sugar and a little lime juice.
For the crumble, mix the flours and butter and knead until you get the crumble. Then add whole cane sugar, oats and cinnamon powder and knead.
Spread the crumble over the apple and banana mix and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the crumble is golden brown.
